Originally, I was banned for three days for ignoring my job as an engineer, but then it was upped to a quality-control ban due to how I acted in my appeal.

It was R3dtaile at first, but then, Bhijn was the one who upped it to a quality-control ban.

Length Banned:
Permanent until I get a voucher from a reputable server, which I have.

Appeal Reason:
Hello! I hope everyone is having a good day! Anyway, I'm appealing because my behavior has improved a lot since I was last on, and as proof, I have a voucher from Hulkamania, a headmin from /tg/. He has pinged the admins on the cit' on discord, so his vouch for my unban should be there. I realize the way I acted in my last appeal was extremely rude and harsh, and I apologize for that. I hope that along with the vouch for my unban from Hulkamania, that my activity in the discord can help my case as well, as I still interact with people there, and I have properly made up with R3dtaile, who I was especially mean to. Again, I apologize for being an asshole, and I hope this results in me being unbanned from the main server. Thank you for reading this!

I also want to add, I have screenshots of me actually asking a headmin on the /tg/ discord for a vouch, and then Hulkamania giving me one, if the ping from him isn't enough.

While you've been as polite as possible and clear that you are sorry for being an asshole, that's not what the final ban was for per se. No part of this appeal even acknowledges your complete lack of regard for the rules of the server, and while acting like the rules simply don't apply to you is certainly assholeish, I'm inclined to believe that what you're really apologizing for is being rude while talking to us and not the actual content of what was said. Have you reread the rules? Are you going to commit to following them? How are you going to demonstrate that commitment to us? Answers to these questions are going to be far more valuable to me in giving this a +1 than another apology for saying mean things.

It was my mistake in not mentioning the original ban, as, I was mainly focused on making it clear that I was sorry for the things I said to get me perma'd. I've re-read the rules, and, of course, am going to follow them. Obviously, you'll see this when you see me not breaking the rules. I really just want to be unbanned so I am able to play with my friends again, and me breaking the rules would lead to me not being able to play with them, so you can trust me when I say that I won't be breaking the rules on the server anymore. I appreciate your response, and if there's anything I've left out, please point it out, and I'll be happy to address it!

Edit: In regards to me acting like the rules do not apply to me in the past, I want to apologize for that. I know it can be easy for someone to lie and say that they are sorry when they are not, but I truly am sorry. I know I caused a lot of problems due to my frequent bad behavior, and I am happy that you are even giving me the time to give me a chance. I can promise that I will not act like that again, and if I do, I would be okay with receieving a permaban with no chance to appeal - that's how serious I am about wanting to prove that I've improved. I understand how bad I've been in the past, and I am willing to face the consequence of being banned from the server with no appeal-chance should I act like that again, in order to prove that I've changed.

I couldn't get around to posting this earlier today when it came up, but recent events on TG resulted in the person vouching for this appeal withdrawing their support.

My common sense tells me "hey it'd probably be best to wait", but if the majority of staff team is in support of an unban under thin ice conditions, then I wouldn't be opposed.

I would really, really appreciate a second chance. I am willing to play under any conditions (whether that be job bans from certain jobs, perma-ban with no appeal to minor infractions, or a combination of things), as long as I can be unbanned. I am seriously, tremendously sorry for what I did, and I understand what rules I broke, and am even grateful that you're willing to look past the vouch being pulled. Thank you so much, I really mean it.

After discussion among the admin team it's been agreed that as the vouch used in this appeal was withdrawn, this specific appeal is denied. Feel free to make another appeal if you can secure another vouch, and hopefully it will take a lot less time to process.
