Appeal Reason: I feel that all my actions where Justified due to proper escalation what had happened is Reece was trying to arrest me and after constantly evading him, I was on the run. I noticed he was arresting someone I knew, so knowing I was already being hunted I figured I had nothing to lose I grabbed him and managed to escape, upon freeing Will Green he told me "There's a woman dying in research." and Recee "He dragged me away from her before I could help her." seeing an opportunity to do some good I went down to research to try to find the person. I looked all around science and didn't find anyone. so I went to the auto lathe to make a drill and some night vision so I could see in maint, seeing as how I could make other things I looked and noticed a tesla gun, not knowing what it was I made it to see what it  looked like and tossed it seeing as how it didnt work and I didnt want to have a  gun aways then I made my self a shield thinking it would help when running from Reece because I knew he liked his disabler gun, long story short Reece comes to chase me I run manage to escape head to maint bar sit their for a moment then go to the dorms and I tossed the shield along the way. I wasn't power gaming I had a reason for getting that gear and it wasn't to be as powerful as posable it was to counter what was coming at me and after escaping, I tossed the gear anyways.

So, I get an ahelp about someone assistant in science printing off a tesla gun and shield. I look at them, and they have a bunch of stuff assistants do not need, and when I ask them why, it's because sec was using disablers on them (which you so helpfully called a "laser gun"). I then check your notes, and see that you have been banned in the past for powergaming, and have an extensive note history of it. If it wasn't for the fact that you have a very long note history of powergaming, I would have just warned you, but you can't seem to understand that it's against the rules. I think this ban can stay.
