Let just say that I, as a clown once, pranked Security by building a ton of walls to make things complicated for them as a prank.
Staff did not approve of it. I was admin at the time, too, so they let me know personally about it.
So regarding your "prank", I'd like to let you know that RNG can always spawn events that makes getting to escape a needed matter - your walls could easily be considered choking up the place, and honestly, I'm a bit surprised that Security didn't care. Most of the time, they'd care because you're causing trouble - they care if someone walls up two public rooms hardly used, so making getting to escape a pain and a half should be a no-brainer.
BUT. The CE's hardsuit. It's one of those "if you don't have access to it based on your job, you ONLY GRAB IF NEEDED." So if you grabbed it to, say, set up the SME or go wire solars or something else engineering-related, that's okay - BUT YOU GOTTA RETURN IT. An assistant would be in deep shit if they took a hardsuit and didn't return it, even more so if they stole it just to have it and not put it to use.
For convenience, I can at least point you at the rules broken, which given your diligence in not seeing the error of your behavior, would add my vote to not lifting this. The rules in particular broken are: Rule 4.2 (this is kind of a threadbare covered matter with this instance, since yes, you were being a clown, but a good clown shouldn't be stealing high-value things to have them, or walling off parts of escape for a prank when that's a hazard in its own right), Rule 9.2 (you literately stole the CE's hardsuit for no reason other than to have it, as you stated), Rule 9.3 (unless the HoS or Captain let you in, even following behind them without them giving you permission to be in there can count as B&E - the fact that you broke into the CE's office and closet just to steal the hardsuit for the hell of it is poor form for anyone not an antagonist).
Honestly, you said that you got the powers to cover what the hardsuit did...so at that point, why hang on to something that makes you slow? I ask that from a player's perspective, since hardsuits have a speed penalty to them, and hell, you'd go faster in clown shoes alone than wearing those and the hardsuit.

Welp... do you read what I posted? I did say I see my error but I dont feel guilty for it. Not since it did no harm or inconvinience whatsoever to anyone but the admin who saw it. And about the suit I already said that I did it for security reaction that didnt follow which was strange for me too. I wanted to mess with security about it, they didnt care. As I said I took it 1 hour into the game with no ce or engineer present. And about the shuttle my walls couldnt prevent them from removing them in 15 minutes, ok we lift the alert it goes to 5 minutes, still a ton of time for engineering borg there was which he did.Ruby Flamewing wrote: BUT.  Give me a week/month if you want ban and a note not to do such things in future, there were no issues with me and my behavior before so I realy cant understand why push up such a high wave from that situation. I didnt do anything to be pushed on so hard. There are other realy nice guys that look for loops in rules INTENTIONALY just to have fun for them and ruin it for others, make it a pain for the crew with their behavior and so on. I didnt ruin anyones fun with my actions and fun is the goal of the game. If you want to permaban me for nothing ok. I realy thought that first post was enough, I will be given a note not to do this again and a 2 day ban for lesser grief though it was such a damage and now its a talk about perma out of nowhere.

"I could have been an atomic shitler so being just kind of one was fine."
Do you not realize you keep offering up excuses for BREAKING THE RULES?
If you want a looser experience hit up Hippie or TG. This ain't that place.

Oh I dont care anymore. If you believe that this 2 violations deserve permaban then go for it. I have played for half a year without a single issue to my behavior. You keep pushing it up without bothering to tell me the actual punishment for em and this is realy stressing me out. I check on it in about a month with your speed of reply it will be about that time. No reply from cebutris for 3 days by now.

Your responses don't fill me with confidence about your behavior and I don't think that you deserve to be unbanned. I'll talk to other admins about it to see if any of them can change my mind but I'll probably deny the appeal.

naaah, my shitty attitude detectors are kinda off the charts with this.
Newjack gave me nothing but trouble - most of this shit happened when i was super active, i remember a lot of it. the way you worded your appeal just seems super finger-pointy too.
