It's a big deal /to me/ because I don't like causing crowd damage, and that would've absolutely made a bad situation even worse. You're just constantly putting words in my mouth and outright making up things, and I'm sorry that you're doing that.

No, bean bag slugs have no bullet spread and fire one projectile. Crowd damage would of been minimal, that is the literal point of non-lethal weapons. Your reckless insistence of lethaling in a crowd, that is running thru a crowd trying to swing at a man sprinting around, would of been much more likely to cause more crowd damage than a stray beanbag slug hitting someone.

You are trying to make me look like I’m in the wrong when you are the one who’s behavior is being scrutinized. You are trying to shift responsibility off yourself by claiming I’m putting words in your mouth while I’ve only quoted things you yourself have said and drawn the connections and disconnect between your behavior vs what you’ve said. The fact that you haven’t addressed any of my concerns and instead went on to attack me by claiming I’m putting words in your mouth/making up things only brings up more concerns.

Beanbag slugs are only available in the autolathe by cargo. so it's not really /easy access/ compared to rubbershot. It's not unreasonable to think I won't go through /literally every nonlethal option/ available in the game before resorting to lethal force, and what you're asking for is completely unreasonable. I'm not going on to attack you, but I /am / saying you're making up things at this point, to be honest. So, my decisions were completely fair and reasonable , considering the context of the round.

And yet you contradict yourself, you said earlier you always had beanbag slugs loaded into your shotgun, not rubber buckshot. You are changing your story as the discussion moves on, unless you want to admit you dont use non-lethal ammunition enough on a daily basis to remember the difference. As well using / / does not /make/ your logic any less shoddy. Cargo being a hard place for the HOS to access? That makes absolutely /no/ sense. Claiming all your actions were fair and reasonable makes /no/ sense. If you physically cannot find any of the points me and the others have pointed out as behavior unbecoming of a player who’s HOS /and/ an admin then I believe this note should be adjusted to reflect such.

/Rubbershot/ , the default thing shotguns are loaded with and what is considered the normal nonlethal option for security. To be fair, didn't even know beanbags were available, because I don't go to cargo for ammo, I use the sec tech fab. And feel free to beleive as you will, but uh, you've put far too many words in my mouth for this ,and jumped to far too many conclusions with nothing to back it up.

Redtail, believe it or not the questions I am asking are valid. The words I am saying are valid. You seem to be under the assumption /you/ get to decide what is valid and what is not. If you do not wish to argue my points then say that you have no response to them, it shows humility and the willingness to at least listen my concerns. By out right denying that anything I brought up valid by saying its /made up/or me /putting words in your mouth/ only shows you are incapable of having a civilized discussion about your behavior. You are being uncooperative and frankly rude to everyone here. We are not calling you out on this behavior just to demonize you and punish you, we are trying to help you see the faults in what you are doing and help you overcome said faults. I want you to be better, to be the best admin you can be and the best player you can be as well. It hurts seeing such behavior from someone who has shown themselves previously to be capable of much greater things.

Please, take a moment to step back and assess yourself. If you continue this kind of behavior you will inevitably have more disciplinary actions taken against you later on the line. Do you want to throw away all the good you've done over a few mistakes?

You've jumped to conclusions with no evidence, and that's pretty much that. I'm doing fine, and that's the point of this appeal, and you've successfully derailed the topic of conversation, so I'm going to stop after this one until more pertinent posts are made
