I vored someone that was DC i wasn't aware of the vore rules considering the forums for me havent been working on my behalf. Although i have read the rules and learned from my mistake hopefully we can glaze this one over. Thank you

All right, so let's go through this one step at a time.

This is a direct violation of 9.5: Do not use vore mechanics for the purpose of gaining an advantage in combat or completeing antagonist objectives
Protecting someone is getting an advantage in combat, however minor.

So, you knew that the person was at the very least was afk, and then you decided to go through with it. This is a violation of two separate rules:
9.4 Harassing another player with unwanted ERP is a first-time permabannable offence. If you do not have consent from another player, either IC or OOC, you will be banned; and an appeal will be unlikely.
9.6 Using vore mechanics on someone without OOC consent is a bannable offense.

These aren't casual rules where we slap you on the wrist, these are hard bans where you need to give a hard reason. Something along the lines of waiting a month and coming back with a voucher that you've acted better. "glaze this one over" is not a valid reason.

Then, to top things off from this appeal:

You admitted to not even reading the rules previously, ignorance of the law is no excuse. As well as lying in your access request.

I'm moving this to denied unless you have a very hard reason why you should be unbanned.

My reasons for wanting to deny this are the same as MrJWhit's. Not reading the rules and then breaking one of our biggest rules isn't an excuse. Gonna go ahead and move this to denied.
