For the age part of your app, you'll need to contact a headmin to confirm your age. They'll likely ask for some form of hard proof, likely a drivers license. As for the other half of the ban reason, you'll need to get a vouch from anotger server saying you've improved you behavior and are actually behaving compared to how you were before.

Also, fix your thread title and get it in line with the proper format, or this will be tossed in denied either way
