Your side of the story: I made an agreement with a head of personell to wear a dog collar in return for additional access as the Head of Security, it never developed past that.
Why you think you should be de-noted: The note holds no accuracy or explanation, is so outdated that the rules no longer apply to it, and I have reason to believe that my notes are influencing admin's opinions of me. (refer to my admin application/derkuleen stating in ahelps that one of the selections of evidence provided for deciding to give me a week headban being that I had an excess of notes despite never being banned.)
