1) More than a year has passed.
2) At the time of receiving the permanent ban, I was a beginner.
3) I became a victim of a raffle.
4) Now I can distinguish toy damage from the present.
5) And finally, now I will seek compensation for security, and not personally collect it.
6) I have a recommendation from another server.

Well if you can prove your age I wouldn't see any issue with lifting this, talk to one of the headmins ,listed by hazel. For the rest its up to them.

This user contacted me in an attempt to verify their age. They took more than a day to get back to me after I had provided them instructions regarding the age verification process. They provided a sample image from a fake ID site for their verification image, one that did not follow the age verification process's requirements. Needless to say, it was a fairly low-effort attempt at identity fraud. This appeal will be moved to denied shortly.
