I did investigate the situation prior to the banning. While it wasn't the HoP who had been killed, you did aid in murdering someone with your name coming up more than anyone else on their attack logs. You started beating them with your fists and then finished them with multiple toolbox attacks. I had received ahelps from the person saying he was being murdered during an extended round. After checking the attack logs, I did find this to be true. I also just now went back to double check and you did beat someone from crit until death. So you did more than just hit them with a toolbox after them dying. I also don't see how dragging a body out into space is considered "a joke".
As far as the ahelps go:
[16:12:01]ADMINPRIVATE: PM: JayEhh/(Jay Foxe)->X34X35/(SYNTH): So why exactly did you kill the HoP?
[16:12:15]ADMINPRIVATE: PM: X34X35/(SYNTH)->JayEhh/(Jay Foxe): This isnt the HoP
[16:12:43]ADMINPRIVATE: PM: X34X35/(SYNTH)->JayEhh/(Jay Foxe): Im bringing him back. He was being anooying. Don't worry man. I got this.
[16:13:13]ADMINPRIVATE: PM: JayEhh/(Jay Foxe)->X34X35/(SYNTH): Doesn't matter, you had no right to murder someone during an extended round.
[16:13:37]ADMINPRIVATE: PM: X34X35/(SYNTH)->JayEhh/(Jay Foxe): There were two other people attacking him aswell
[16:14:36]ADMINPRIVATE: PM: X34X35/(SYNTH)->JayEhh/(Jay Foxe): I was only attacking because the HoP was attacking him
Your only response to the situation was that you saw other people attacking him, so you felt it appropriate to join in. This doesn't excuse it in any way. Even if he was 'being annoying' that doesn't give you the right to just kill someone. If someone is causing trouble to an extent it's beyond an IC issue, that's when you ahelp it. As far as the "knack for causing trouble." you have multiple other notes stating similar issues in the past, along with jobbans from a number of positions due to poor escalation resorting to outright killing someone without any actual proof or reasoning for it needing to be done.
