Reason Banned: Toxicity carrying over rounds, metagrudging, and blatant trolling. You've been given many warnings, and even a perma appeal, but your personality hasn't changed. This ban has been agreed upon by multiple staff members. You may appeal this ban after you've taken some time to reflect on your actions.

During an IC conflict, insulting a player over griefing rounds as HoP previous rounds.

Appeal Reason: 

Nearly every round I've had people carrying toxicity over into other rounds targeting my character, or starting shit, so it's RP I go along with, and I stand by what I said that ICly I'm not out of line with any other player who comes across as an asshole. The trolling accusation was actually an IC conflict someone else started, which received no warning or discussion or it would have been explained then. Ashwalkers are and have always been valid to kill, and anyone can ghost, so I have to laugh at a note for "removing a player from a round;" it's their choice to not ghost when someone plays with the kill, because they are free to respawn in the role again. I actually assumed it was mildly entertaining for them, they could have ghosted, so I was going along with the RP of that.
Admins agreed with the appeal "he isn't noticably toxic IC." The notes Poojawa added falsely stated I was an asshole to the point of perma deserving rulebreaking IC; see overturn: (showthread.php?tid=844) The real basis of that ban for "toxicity" was me telling that admin in pager that a jobban without warning was unfair in PM, and the ban trigger was flaming Asher for powergaming after he said "he only murderbones honourably," then being banned after a warning. Actually I've never really been adminPMed over IC toxicity beyond this time, this was the first actual warning. Most of my interactions with players on the server being positive. I don't think the OOC ban was justified at all, and the deadsay ban only for kinkshaming people spectating ERP (which much of the server is guilty of already.) Literally one of the admins brought up (IC) the last round they spectated to shit on my character for ERPing instead of doing X job. It is a common thing that people bring up past round behaviour with characters in a negative light, despite one admin PMing me saying it wasn't allowed. There was at most a single incident of grudging anyone, at least more than typical insults, because I don't typically do not combat anyone; even then the one time I chose to target was on my antag roll.

Points laid out this ban is unfair (poorly escalated) and unjustified (the reasoning is barely there.)

So what IS the specific ban reason? Killing ashwalkers or making fun of yiffing?

It's not metagrudging to call someone out on their shit. They've been banned from ooc and deadchat for being toxic to others when dead or ghosted. I'd say he got banned for being an asshole both in and out of character. He got unbanned, but also didn't do any sort of improvement of his attitude.

Well its just a character; a person would be fired, not a group of people for one's actions. A character ban would be what you are looking for.

Maybe it isn't meta-grudging but they were obviously punished rightly for the OOC and deadchat shit, maybe. But this is just a character being an asshole, not the person. They play other characters that aren't shit and with that said, this is a clear case of terrible escalation on the admins part; perma for something that could be warned of.

I asked the headmin and other staff. Both agreed your behavior was toxic and to promote a better environment for the playerbase, I placed the perma after your little incident in security. We don't tolerate randoms coming into the server yelling "PURGE THE FURRIES!" and we won't tolerate you saying "kill this sparklefur" either. You've clearly not shown any improvement after the last permaban, and this is far too soon for me to think about uplifting it. It might be a joke, but your other behavior makes it look serious, and frankly, the staff are through with giving you second chances.
