Permanent OOC ban
BYOND Name: CptBananaPeeler

Reason Banned: IC in OOC

Admin who banned: Can't remember

Length Banned: Permanent but the ban was a few months ago

Appeal Reason: It has lasted a few months and it was only IC in OOC. I won't do it again.

Uh, you didn't use the ban appeal application. Plus, I do believe that someone already answered this...

it's a repeated offense, and after reading your notes you should be permabanned anyway
