Citadel Community

So about a month ago I appealed for a ban and was granted the appeal, but upon trying to join I was still greated with the unban message. I PMed an admin and he showed me he had unbanned me himself but he had no clue why I was still blocked. Any ideas or troubleshooting I could potentially do?
