This really needs to be addressed. Captains are starting to call the shuttle over minute problems. It can ruin game modes and the round for others. Please, we need to start making some general rules and start captain banning people who do this.

I've started working on some suggested rules, feel free to add some input or make your own.

Good Reasons to call the shuttle
* More than half the crew is dead
* Most of security or Heads of staff have died
* Critical parts of the station are destroyed in explosions of which can't or won't be repaired.
* A Tesla or Singulo is released

You can't call it if
* There is an antag that's not hurting anyone
* Nuke Op's declared war (red alert shuttle call ha gg nuke ops.)
* If the Engine is delaminating you must attempt to fix it, if repairs are impossible than recall. Having no engineers (or ones who know how to fix it) skips this.
* You can't call it without Putting up a fight (Can be bypassed as listed above.)
* On a small bomb crater thats being repaired.


General
If it can be fixed and is being fixed calling it will get you a captain ban and allows you to be revolted against.
If it can be reasonably dealt/fought with/against and you call it it you can get banned.
Cargo can be used to deal with some threats, use it.

It's always sad to see a Captain calling the shuttle for a small reason but ya know, it's in his rights to do so. The crew can just demand for a shuttle recall or ask any other heads to do it. If you want to ban any Captain that doesn't follow a strict set of rules about shuttle calling, just give the power of shuttle calling to the admins.

Sometimes its just better to end the shift .

No. Captains recall regularly over situations that can be easily ended and its annoying. They decide to abandon the station over something small, they should deal with the consequences.
