Problem connecting?

Cant connect at all the launcher either closes as soon as i click it or pic related happens, is it server downtime? I have no problem connecting to other ss13 servers only this one. Also before this white-list seemed to be removed. EDIT after about 20 time re-clicking it worked but muh whitelist is still gone.
