Time on primary server: I dunno, a year or two?

Space Station 13 Experience: Administrator for Paradise Station, long-time player.

Roleplaying Experience: The above SS13 experience, a pathfinder game or two, and one of the gamemasters of a rather popular LARP.

Number of kicks/bans on primary server (Be truthful, we can check): None, to my knowledge?

Are you willing to follow the rules to the dot? (Failure to do so will result in a ban and blacklist from the whitelist server): I'm gonna be completely honest here; I do not have the rules page open every time I intend to do something. If I stray from the rules, it'll generally be something silly that doesn't hurt anyone, and if I know it'll be toeing the line, I usually adminhelp first. That said, I make a great effort to follow the rules as much as I possibly can, and intend to do so here, as well.

What reason(s) do you feel would make you applicable for this server?: Do I really need one, outside of wanting a less hectic place to go that's like citadel? I used to go on the Citadel Relay Station, if that's any hint
