1. When setting up an event for the server, what should be taken into account as your to-do list before announcing the event to the discord/server?
---Let people on the Discord know the general synopsis for the event: what's going on, what the stakes are, what departments can/should be involved, etc.

2. What is expected of an Event Manager on Citadel Stations (Main and/or RP)?
---To run fun and engaging events every so often to make sure the place isn't dull.

3. What would you call a fun addition to a current round if the players are wanting extra spice?
---Tension, if at all possible. If that doesn't work, giving people something to left-click to death always works, though that wouldn't work for, say, a baking competition (maybe).

4. If an event you're hosting is going off the rails, or that the players are reacting to the event in a way that is steering away from your original plan and idea,
what would you do at that point for the event?
---Improvise. That, or try to bring the event to an early end, if it seems more logical that way. Though, if it's cut off prematurely, it'll result in less satisfying rewards.

Krick is good bean. I'd trust them with EM tools on demand if they asked- they're fit to have them full-time.
