i'm too tired so the last batch of my responses are not going to have perfect capitalization and grammar yay!

anyways you've improved a lot over when i first met you as a player and as a member of the community
however due to various issues brought up as well as my impression of you as a player i can not give this a full +1, maybe next staff apps should things continue the way they are right now i'll be more comfortable in throwing my full support in.
have my +0.4 as i still have a vague hope that you'll end up being a good admin and improve further should you get a shot at it.

I'm just going to be straight foward and say no.
You're not emotionally stable enough to deal with some of the stresses that come with administrating, you're too quick to anger and salt over otherwise frivolous things. Something I don't trust in an admin.
