Re: Trilby Admin Dreams
I'm going to align with what everybody else said, you're a great person and player, one of the nicest in fact, and you've shown (At least to me) that you cared about the community a great deal, the one issue i do have is the writing issues you have, apart from that, i'd be interested to see how you deal with a mod/admin position, whichever you decide would be best to apply for to begin. +1.

I'm still not over the fence enough to give my support. I attribute it to the language barrier, as in my opinion that's the defining feature of staff: the way they communicate with players to resolve issues in the most efficient and positive ways possible. Your efforts to becoming a better player aren't going unnoticed, and I see that you're well involved in the community, but I think it's a step past that towards proper language and communication that qualifies someone for staff. From what I've seen as staff, it only takes one simple mistake to change a player's opinion from acceptance to anger, and I don't have that level of confidence in you yet.

Oh geez, so many typos...
Apologies, but I can't really provide my own support for this application due to personal views and concerns - especially with the worry of there being any misunderstandings between you as an Admin/Moderator, and a player trying to understand a thing.
I won't say you're a bad player, but being clear and concise can be an important aspect of being a member of staff, and I don't have the confidence you can cover that part with this.

Changing my vote to a +0.75
Your heart is in the right place and I believe that you legitimate wish the best for the community.
Even if your language skills aren't as good, and still needs improvement by far, you've improved quite a lot from when I first met you.
Ultimately what makes someone a good administrator has to do with their personality and how much they care about the community, among other things, and I don't want to discount you just because your typing still needs improvement.
I, unfortunately, doubt that you will get it this time around from my own Predictions(tm) but keep trying, and don't give up. I believe in you.

Communication is important in staff roles, Lilly.
Sorry, but while you're a good person who gets along with many, I'd be hard pressed to see you try to explain to people in bwoinks concisely what they did wrong in a manner they can understand. It just won't work.
