Reason for application: I have been a part of citadel for a while now, pretty much on the server every day being unable to help others where needed or basically anything. I most likely don't intend on being anything more than a moderator, but in the end, my intention is one thing: To better help anyone I talk to. This might be that chance to make the server better.

Please answer the following questions to the best of your abilities: 



1. How would you engage with two players having an out of character altercation? 
I would request them to stop any dispute they are having and take it to DMs as to not to interfere with anyone's else RP experience. 

 
2. What should an admin do if they're involved in a situation that needs admin intervention? 
An admin involved in any altercations aren't allowed to take upon their own issues, only request the help of another admin. It would leave a questionable impression if they self help themselves.


 3. How should an admin determine in what way to punish someone who breaks the rules? 
It depends entirely on theseverity of the broken rule, as well as both the history of therule breaker as well as if the rule is similar to any previous offenses the player had.


4. Under what conditions should an admin de-admin themselves while playing? 
They should de-admin during rounds where they think they shouldn't be needed, like for example, multiple admins being active, or if they don't feel that they are of adequate professional mental status, i.e. exhaustion.


5. What is expected of an admin on Citadel? 
To be kind, courteous, and fair to everyone player on the server. To handle every issue in a timely fashion, and to never be biased to those they meet for any reason.

I don't think you can handle being an admin or keep a cool temper, given my experiences with you.

I know my temper in the past was a major issue, but I promise now with any new position I manage to obtain I will change. If I don't, then I don't deserve the continued role. Even if I don't get any position, why keep my anger? I will change regardless. My temper has only been getting in my way from making friends anyway.

Hardly a meta buddy anymore after recent events and far from what I was going to do since I disliked defending him with whatever he did. Mainly because it pretty much always ended up blowing up in my face and getting me caught in the crosshairs as well. Anyway, I appreciate your opinion on my position application!

I saw you recently getting baited in a heated argument and you weren't able to solve the problem yourself, instead you blocked them and bragged about it. I had to tell you to quit it or else you would have kept going. It's dangerous, to have Admins, who are easily influenced by bait or drama. Solid -1

*sighs* You are right Cawing. I did easily get dragged into something that really should not have even happened in the first place. The sad thing is that said person just recently dragged Flynn in just for the sake of 'baiting'. Kind of makes me wonder why that person is still a part of Citadel if they find it fun just to start with people for their own amusement. But regardless, you are right. I shouldn't have even got into an argument to begin with for the sake of 'feeding the troll'. Easily brought this on myself if the staff decides against approving my application. But...if their is that slim chance that I am approved, I will make it a point to ignore everyone that would decide to start anything, and instead move to talking out the issues they have with me. No point in being stupid and drawing a massive drama show for any reason.

Although you may have a tendency to get overly involved, I think your answers are reasonable. I also agree with Kevinz. I think you mean well.
