Reason for application: Honestly, I just want to have more options to help people in a OOC way, and having the option to help in moderating the Server

Please answer the following questions to the best of your abilities:

1. How would you engage with two players having an out of character altercation?

First, I would try to calm both players down, trying to explain the situation and solve it. If one or both of those players start taking this altercation IC I would first warn them, and if they continue, apply a ban.

2. What should an admin do if they're involved in a situation that needs admin intervention?

Preferably call another Admin to handle this situation as a third, non-biased side.

3. How should an admin determine in what way to punish someone who breaks the rules?

Depends on rules broken, and if it's first time breaking it. If a player uses OOC information IC, I would warn them for Metagaming, and if they ignore those warnings, ban.

4. Under what conditions should an admin de-admin themselves while playing?

If they are playing either security, a role important for Game Progression such as Command members, or when they are too tired or have little time to be an Admin

5. What is expected of an admin on Citadel?

Proffesionalism and being Non-Biased. If a person that you dislike OOC is involved in a situation requiring admin intervention, you might look forward to punish him. In the end, everyone is here to have fun.

I would much rather not remember the fact I ERP'd with him. He has done nothing but said less than professional things and then even immediately DM'd me and called me biased for posting my opinion of him after I see him for the millionth time made a remark towards me. I don't regret that I posted my opinion. I am sticking by it. His 'jokes' are all based around either homophobic remarks or around social benefits. None of it is funny, and just offensive. You know what? He immediately threatenened: I plan on doing one thing. And I will do it today.' Before he did that he was being a jerk almost instantly instead of being professional and making a professional argument like 'hey, this is a bad joke, i'm sorry.'
