Reason for application: It has always been a dream of mind to one day be a admin and see whats it like to be able to press buttens, do important thinking and have friends!.I have also played more then 1300+ hours alone on the surv *ATM have 868~ hours on tracked records and 400+ lost hours form tacking as a mime*

Please answer the following questions to the best of your abilities:

1. How would you engage with two players having an out of character altercation?
There are a few ways to deal with this depending on how its happening!
Action one: See if its harmful/meta/IC-OOC!
Action two:If it seems to be meta-y or IC-OOC then to Admin boink them to please keep IC out of OOC and bring it to Discord or other means of talking after round has ended.
Action three: Look at the chart of "Ban timers" and give a fire and possibly checked over verdict if needed. I.e they don't lison to the warring then, they still IC-OCC ect ect.

2. What should an admin do if they're involved in a situation that needs admin intervention?
Action one: Investigate as much info as they can well trying to defused or calm the problem - Asking both partys what happen and looking into logs if needed.
Action two: Learn their intent and the outcome based off what happens and why.
Action three: Add notes, of this to them if needed or even a ban based off the "Ban Timers" chart
3. How should an admin determine in what way to punish someone who breaks the rules?
Action zero: Look at the intent and the outcome of the problem fully getting a idea of the problem before banning or noting someone.
Action one: Note that the person behavior, and consult the Ban Timers chart.
Action two: If person is left off with a warning keep a eye on them for a few rounds to see if they keep with intent to rule brake!
4. Under what conditions should an admin de-admin themselves while playing?
If the admin were to be a antag
If the admin were to be a Head of staff/Sec
If the admin is actively helping or hunting a antag
If the admin were to be intoxicated or in a unfit mood to have proper judgment or self control 
5. What is expected of an admin on Citadel?
To be fair and just well also knowing about how the game works through and through. To be able to have a non-sided judgment and be able to active part themselves form there character! To have self control and to make sure there not using there powers to make few people have fun at the expends of the rest. To be able to host and have good events to give life to a dead round after properly asking for a vote. To step into action if there is a problem in game that allows for game braking/round ending problems to happen that were not ment to happen (I.e calling ERT in to deal with a mega funna being station side do to mistakes form a non-antag miner or such). To understand that there are many different ways to interpret the rules and that there is no one way to look at them.

Hi Lilly, Here's my honest review on your candidature.

I honestly think you're a fantastic person and player. Really amazing behavior to be around except for the powergaming.

The only issue with ya would be, as Geemie stated, how'd you handle stress and you trouble to communicate clearly sometimes (They're Russian for the record). I'd be ready to try you as mod, but not sure about admin for the moment and if you show good results I'd be down to +1 ya for min afterwards.

You're really committed to the community in all these years, and also are super active. If you can get over the comprehension issue and handle stress, I'm 100% down to +1 you as mod.

IDK why people would pick Lilly Trilby over any other persons, Her grammar is bad, she power games harshly and dosn't follow rules... Would make a horrible admin.

Moderator is like Admin light. You still can answer ahelps and such, but you don't have spawn or variable editing permissions and such like that. It's great for getting a handle on what's expected of you as you can see how other admins handle situations.

As it is, I do think being an admin would be mighty stressful for you, just from what I've seen of you, but god knows your heart is in the right place, so I'd give a +1 for you being in a moderator position to test the waters. Keep in mind both roles are fully volunteer positions, so if you do get accepted but think it's too much for you, you can ask to be moved back to a non staff role.

Other then occasionally not quite understanding what people are saying, and occasionally not getting a joke, Lilly is quite a proficient player and id say made of the stuff we'd be looking for in an admin. Id be willing to accept Lilly as an admin any day. assuming they want that position. If they should want to start as a mod, that too i would support.

Overall you are quite the capable player. There are times when you are easy to rile, but you clearly care a great deal about this community. Your application was written well, and I'd hope it'd be demonstrative of how you'd communicate with staff. I agree with the others that it'd be best to start you at moderator and see how you handle it. +1 for moderator

on one hand you're one of the nicest people here and i don't think you have any malicious intent or anything and i know you just want to hepl
on the other hand you're a little hard to understand and you have to understand that we're an english speaking server here, no offense, and sometimes your lines of judgement are very, very hard to follow.
