Experience on Citadel?(Main/RP): played there for several months and now im banned from both

Why do you feel like you'd make a good maintainer?: because there's not enough maintainers and you need someone to do the job so you can stop having +90 prs open at a time

-You only have SEVEN(!!!) PRs. and out of those, only 1.5 of those are merged (the half merge is due to your IPC port, which you didnt even bother doing any of the requested changes for at all. Another coder had to pick it up.)
-You've made a grand total of 44 PRs on github. A good chunk of which are meme PRs. This does not instill any confidence at all regarding your ability to ensure the codebase maintains a consistent level of quality, even moreso considering your PRs are dating back to May 2017.
-You're currently permanently banned from the community with a quality control ban. Which means even if those two above points were false, you'd still be in no position at all to be brought on-board as a maintainer.

tl;dr: This is a hard no.
