Ban type/duration (where you are banned from and for how long): temporary ban, 72 hours.

Ban reason: breaking into sec with someone I had no previous contact with to steal minors things.

Your side of the story: Clown brought his fridge out to catch and lock people in, Owai was the last person to get locked in, the clown started to drag them off, I had broken into EVA to go exploring, got the white shit and found a telebaton, with that, I dropped the clown. The warden, out of the brig and walking about decides to watch for a few moments before deciding that I'm the culprit, so stuns me, not before listening to me saying, "Open this" as owai was asking for help. stamcritted and just laying there, letting the warden be an officer. yuki, the player I had no previous contact with decided to help me, dragging me away, long enough to get my stamina back, parting ways, the warden followed like a nitwit with her guns out. So, I tripped her and taught her why she shouldn't run with her gear out in the open.
I asked the heads, Captain and HOS about their warden, I even asked the warden directly if she wanted her stuff, that is when I got a bwoink, about the person that helped me, again, I don't know who it is, but when I went back, she was put in there for five minutes, on a first offense, I don't know why until much later. with all of the sec running around elsewhere and NO warden to watch the brig, the same warden who took the miner's stuff and left it in the part of the brig that isn't accessible after your sentence, not only that, the maintenance door INTO the brig was open to everyone, I didn't need to break in from the front, I simply walked from the maintenance, I only opened that one door cause I thought there was stuff she might've missed. by that time I was still trying to explain why I broke into the brig, before I can do that. I was banned.

Why you think you should be unbanned: I was banned for stealing minor items, I took a sec hud cause I usually would've been set after I manage to BEAT up a warden that was following me with her stuff out. I wasn't aware a shield was made nor did I know this person until much later. If ban was because I broke into sec, it was because no one was there in the first place, we waltz right in through the maints, unfair to say the least.

After thinking it over, I'm willing to bump it down to 24 hours, which is around now, so I'm unbanning.

Greytiding has gotten worse and worse on the server. Taking it on yourself to break into security as an assistant, steal a sechud in case you get set to wanted, all to help someone out who lost access to incredibly minor items, is greytiding.
If you have a problem with someone because they aren't handling things properly, ahelp them, taking it on yourself just creates a feedback loop of people being terrible to themselves, making SS13 the stanford prison experiment.
