False permaban

Reason Banned: A friend of mine I was introducing to SS13 ran in the engine on round start causing a immediate meltdown. 
Admin Who banned: lm40
Length Banned: FOREVER
Time banned: 2017-04-08 00:15:18 (just  few minutes ago when He informed me)
Appeal reason: At the time of the incident I was on the Colonial Marines server while my friend was on Citadel. We are NOT the same person (he is neoarkansas) and I was just introducing him to the game. Can you at least appeal the ban for me? Citadel is the only station I really like (I don't like the style of all the other servers). Can I please come back? The only reason why I was banned was because we're connected to the same wifi and there isn't any other wifi to choose from where I am. I didn't know what he was doing while I was playing the other server and if I had been on the same server at the time I would have stopped him. This ban is completely not fair in my opinion.
UPDATE: As it turns out it was a router ban. After making a hotspot I tried to talk to lm40 about this but he had left. Please unban my router. This is completely unfair.

Edit: Also tell your friend not to do anything else dumb because I just unbanned them completely instead of migrating the ban.
