You were permabanned from silicons as well at the same time anyway, so I dunno that expressing knowledge of the borg-specific rules is particularly relevant to this specific ban appeal. I don't really know if I buy your excuse for ignoring the admin messages but a week is really long either way so I'll reduce the server ban but next time you actually have to respond when someone pms you like that.

Permabanned from a job for a mistake i made just one time(And I will never EVER do again) ...that sucks... :l ... I just hope that over time through earning trust again i will be able to play as a medihound once more... Sorry for the headaches I gave you.

Yeah appeal silicon ban later and separately I'm not terribly convinced that you can play the role properly judging from what I've seen here.
