Job ban appeal

Byond Name: Gcpacman
Reason Banned: Braindead as HoP on multiple recorded occasions. It's not that hard to send an ahelp ticket that say "I'm disconnecting".
Admin who banned:Â ragolution
Length Banned: N/A, I'm assuming permanent as it was applied December 12th, 2017.
Appeal Reason: I am aware of the notification the server sends when taking a command/AI role that you need to ahelp when disconnecting. In my defense I believe every server sends this notification, and some do not enforce it. The rules don't specifically state that you need to send an ahelp when disconnecting (Although it could clearly fall under rule 4) and I wasn't aware that Citadel did in fact enforce it. I'd also like to mention that I never received any form of warning before the job ban was put into place. The guidelines for Administration and Punishments state that temporary job bans should be used first before turning to permanent bans as well, and to the best of my knowledge I never received a temporary job ban from Command roles for disconnecting without an ahelp either.
I understand that taking a Command role comes with harsher punishments, but I would've appreciated at least a warning before applying a permanent ban. I have no problem with sending an ahelp when disconnecting, I just didn't know it was something actively enforced on the server is all. Assuming my ban is removed, I'll definitely be sending an ahelp if I have to disconnect in the future.
