Appeal Reason: It was a hot, summer day on Lavaland when Peggy Sullivan, professional miner happened upon a NECROPOLIS TENDRIL! She gasped and huffed as she was pretty tired after around an hour of constant mining. She was low on healing supplies and had no more shelter capsules so she knew she had to hurry home, but the tendril was in her way and it had to be beaten. Thankfully it only made legions so they were easily dispatched. She set her ORE BOX aside and shoulder-to-shoulder with a golem, began to destroy the tendril - succesfully. She made her way north and bam! Her ore box was gone! She ran into the golem base where she saw the ore being smelted and a golem was already spending the points she earned on various goods! She was outraged. It was not what she worked for, so these beings of rock could have the fruits of her arduous work for themselves! So she grabbed her drill and did what she does to rock that doesn't talk - tore it down!


Nice stories aside, this is what basically happened. The golem who smelted it apparently asked me on radio if I brought it for them (which makes no sense, why'd I do that holy shit what were they thinking) but I missed it because I was, y'know too busy fighting the tendril. I whooped those two golems' asses because they can respawn anyways and god damn, I worked all round on mining that ore, survived ash drakes and everything Lavaland has got to offer. I wasn't happy that even the POINTS I earned were spent by the time I got there. Thingpony told me the golems also mined some of it. How much did the single golem add to my orebox in those 2 minutes I was busy fighting the tendril in?

Apparently this was poor escalation. Let me present an example. You are the head of security. You see someone stealing from the armory. You are allowed to shoot them. This is what I did, as well, except the head of security didn't spent a single moment, not to mention more than an HOUR working or those guns, they SPAWNED here. I worked hard for those ores, and then /I/ was the dick when I retaliated the only way I could retaliate against the thieves who ruined my entire round's work.  They were dicks for taking it even though there was neither a 'yes' or a 'no' answer on my part. I got banned because Thingpony thought I should've ahelped it. Should've I ran and cried about the big bad golems stealing my ores? It was already half-ruined anyways because their redeemer is a piece of shit. THEY were dicks for ever stealing that ore because OOC they know it was not theirs and KNEW it belonged to a miner, who worked hard for it.

Yes, I admit, maybe I /should have/ admin helped. But in the end, I wasn't responsible for the situation, they were. And ICly, my reaction to two outsider, non-crewmembers, non-human beings robbing me, was obviously violence. I didn't have much of a choice IC to begin with. Even if I talk to them and convince them to give at least SOME of it back I lose half of my work because of someone else's dickishness. Golems can respawn. The hour I wasted on mining doesn't respawn.
