Appeal Reason: The situation was rather confusing, really. I had already cleared things up about the bag of contraband with Major, stating IC reasons as why I had them. The shift was rather quiet for the most part as I spent it with a person I tend to rp with, they would eventually go SSD with me in the cafe towards the end of the shift. I decided to make a small hole in the wall to stash my illegal shit as I needed to go take a piss irl before the tram came in and I didn't want sec to catch me with contraband for IC reasons. I make a hole before I hear someone on comms snitching, so I bring my SSD friend in and such to try and avoid leaving evidence that I had been in there. I eventually dug into the bathroom of one of the dorms to try and lock myself, friend and contraband because I'm getting pretty close to pissing my pants irl at this point. I dug a hole into the wall with a drill and that's where I saw another player waiting for me, I refill the hole before noticing Secborg on the false wall I originally made. I get surrounded and to avoid being found with a bag of contraband, I dig a hole to the surface to hide the bag before bolting away to be soon tazed by the borg. I then went off to take a sick as shit piss before coming back to my computer to see what seemed to be a pretty irritated PM from Zero about my absence and failure to response, I apologize and explain myself. I will however say that this all happened at around 1AM for me so my responses were a little groggy and disjointed. I explain myself as best I can before soon seeming to get a few more annoyed responses from Zero. The conversation was soon cut short when I received my permanent ban with no warning on the length of the ban prior (I'm used to getting this from Major with my last two). I would like to request my ban be not permanent as I do not tend to do things like this very often when I play, I have been playing for quite a while now and have almost based my sleep schedule around this game and have a few story arcs I'd like to go through with. Perhaps my permanant could be shortened to a week to a month? It's been about three days since this has happened (I had many forum problems), I would like to be able to get back to playing as soon as possible as I find this server to be the only fun thing I've been able to play over the past few weeks now. However it isn't my decision to make about this ban, I hope that I can have my ban shortened in anyway but that isn't my decision to make so I will respect any final verdict made on this topic. I'll be glad to answer any questions needed to be asked about this in the messages below (Might take a while because the forum is still rather fucked on my end, aha).

blackmajor has banned huffo. - Reason: Has been acting particularly low RP. In this instance, joined as a character and started breaking into places and bashing doors with a baseball bat for some reason. When arrested was vulgar, attacked the HoS, and suicided when the HoS upped their timer. Later joining as a different character. That's a lot of infractions in one life, damn. Supposedly to help the wizard???. You're not an antag, what the hell are you doing. After some discussion with other staff you're on radar anyway for getting brigged every other shift for repeated crimes. Okay, so. This isn't the first time you've run afoul of the law, as you've even admitted it. The fact that you've already had 2 temp bans is what made me make this a permanent ban. The highest temp ban I will issue is 2 weeks. I would like some other staff to weigh in on this appeal, but as it stands I personally do not want to lift this.

Eh, this appeal reads very poorly, and I feel you were selective in what details you posted. -.5 as I don't know the full details, but the appeal itself is in need of improvement.

Well, looking back over my appeal and some of the logs of past warnings and bans (The flashbang EORG one wasn't by me btw). I can say that perhaps I am a little selective of my wording, but that is to be expected of someone trying to not get perm'd right? I'm not trying to stir shit up or anything like that, I just enjoy playing this server quite a bit as it is one of my first servers I have played on SS13 and one of the best too. I would really like if my ban was appealed, but like I said in the earlier post; "That isn't my decision to make." I mean, shit. I'll fucking do whatever is required of me to not get perm'd from here, aha.

I mean, the full details of the event went as follows:
I started the shift doing my regular maint routine, going in and taking everything I need and more. I had the idea of selling contraband (based off the success of doing this in the shifts prior), so I made four stunprods instead of my one I'd usually make. I decide to continue on with getting contraband to exchange with sec and others, getting a pm from major while doing so where I cleared up why I had the gear with my IC reason for it. I then got PMed by a char Jasper had been talking to for a while ICly at this point in time. I go hang out with her, she SSDs, I go back to diving for the next half hour. I get a message from her again later asking if I was busy (I was talking to another character in the Chapal at this time), I told her I'd be in the bar later. I go down there, meet up with her and start 'talks', nothing serious because it was fuckin 2-3 hours into the shift. I start talking about regular shit like her partner, the future, shit like that before she goes SSD again. I drag her down to the cafe where I started to read the books she had on her char (By Veek and such, you know the ones). I hear the tram alarm, I put the book back and begin to think about what would happen if someone were to come along and snatch my bag of contraband (That someone had already looked into earlier that shift) while I needed to go take a piss IRL. I end up drilling a hole into the wall where I was going to dump the bag during my time off and for the transfer. I get it open and dump the bag before I hear a certain scalie scream on the radio about someone breaking into the cafe. I panic as I decide to just hide in there with my SSD mate to hide all evidence while I go piss. I drag her in the hole and begin to hear the sounds of other people outside. I panic more as I decide to dig into the dorm and lock the door while I head off because I didn't want to go afk during questioning and processing. I dig a hole in the dorm bathroom's door to see the scalie from outside holding a machete, I am also greeted with. "I am going to kill you now." I begin to get fuckin jittery as I fix the hole and step back, hoping I won't be found as I am about to piss myself. I see the sec borg and the scalie open both holes in the walls. I fucking think of my options as I'm getting up to urinate. I see my only option as running out to the surface as I try to dodge borg lasers and get away in any way possible. I dig the hole and run, going as far as I can before ditching the bag of evidence because ICly, didn't want it to be found and get it added to my sentence (As I try to keep track of it OOC and put repercussions into IC in different ways to punish Jasper). I eventually get tased so I finally go off and piss, coming back to see Zero's pms to me. I try to respond with speed and shit (my words were a little fucked due to me being tired and somewhat panicked due to not wanting another ban), I give a brief description of what happened (most likely came off as me being a bit of a shitter due to my lack of reasoning for it and stupid responses). I get distracted with IC shit as I find out that SSD friend was killed by leak and shit while I was getting bwoinked by people for killing the person. I then get the big red message describing my ban, paired with the tag 'This is permanent'. I would rather not get perm'd (as I said in the other post), but I hope this is what you were looking for when you asked for a complete detailed POV from me this shift. I was trying to avoid using names of chars during this, but I can name everyone I talked to this round if that is required.

What I guess I'm asking for in this appeal is one final chance on this server, I had a rather long streak before this final event of good behaviour. I believe after all of what has happened here that I will try my absolute best to abide by server rules and be as good as possible. Hopefully one of you guys would allow me to do this, please. :)
