[unknown] 2birdie - Main Server - Head job-ban for tomfoolery

BYOND account and character name: 2birdie - Yahir Hice at the time, possibly.
Banning admin: I do not recall.
Ban type/duration (where you are banned from and for how long): I was banned from head roles permanently, maybe a year ago or so.
Ban reason: Nothing I could possibly check for, myself. It is for tomfoolery, I suppose. The round in question, I was playing Captain and was letting the Mime hang out on the bridge, I gave them a hand teleporter as well, I think. Security did not like that I kept letting the Mime play on the bridge and with such items.
Your side of the story: As above, I was the Captain and let the Mime play around on the bridge, and with the hand teleporter. I did not know this Mime OOCly, I am very lax and like to play around, so I either invited them to the bridge, or accepted them wanting in. Security did not like this, I think they took the teleporter back, and I ended up giving it to the Mime again. Security also did not like this. I was given a warning by means of a Central Command announcement that the Captain is not above the law. I don't believe I was breaking a law in granting the Mime these things, and continued acting lax with the Mime and generally brushing off the Central Command announcement. At some point after this I received a job-ban from all head roles.
Why you think you should be unbanned: I hope I'd add to rounds while playing head roles, I like to think that I'm pretty fun to interact with for the most part. It's been a while, too.
Of special note, perhaps.
My head-ban took place while the Lieutenant was a thing, and after one of the big merges where it was removed, Head of Personnel was available to me as far as the client was concerned.
I adminhelped, asking about playing this role, and was told I shouldn't, or that it'd be a token of good faith to not do so until I appeal.
Recently, I tried poking at playing HoP despite this, and felt really weird about it due to the headban. I understand that this is probably be a no-no.
Thanks for reading! I tried to be accurate with the story, but it was a while ago.
