Appeal Reason: Such a bs ban from the beginning, a newbie player arrests me for having a flamethrower out which he never even questioned me, he just charged me and tazed me then dragged me to jail. I insist he goes a little quicker because he was taking so long to do anything I mean it took him 5 minutes to give me a 2 minute sentence. So then he un-arrests me thirty seconds after my times up which is 25% longer then I should have been arrested. (And I wasn't minging with the flamethrower I was a scientist so I was role playing that I was going to need it for Xenobiology.) So at this point he has all my stuff in lock-up after taking his sweet ass time to get my stuff he only brings half back. And when i ask for my backpack and ID he literally ignores me. So IC right now its very hard to deal with him because hes not acting realistic at all, when someone walks into the room looks at you and starts talking you don't just ignore them as a Head of Security running a Space Station. Now my guy had nothing so i head towards arrivals and stop by the clothes room. I get dressed in all black and try to ninja my ID back from him. I ATTEMPT to disarm him once when I see him in the hallway about 3 minutes after he unarrest's me while being totally balaclavad and blacked out so i was "Unknown" and then I give up, realizing taking on the HoS is to hard, so ill just go to HoP, well on my way to HoP I see the HoS shooting at someone with a lazer rifle (my mind i'm fine because in game theres no way he should realize its me) but he diverts his target from the criminal who was shooting at him and puts three lasers into my chest putting me to the ground, then he runs up and gives me two more laser beams to the head because that what you do to an innocent civilian. Then he arrests me but never arrests me Huh! He just drags my half alive body towards the jails, I insist on him bringing me to medbay because im bleeding out and dying and he just ignores me. So its a very big possibility this guy is a traitor I mean no HoS just shoots people on sight then drags them to chain them to a bed and watch them bleed out. And remember he never put the handcuffs on me so when we get through the first airlock doors in security I pull away disarm him then grab the lazer gun and *click* right at his head, so i through the gun and by then he was up and you know how he responds to this? He beats me with his stun stick till it goes out then he kicks me until I die. So of course I adminhelp this because its wrong in so many levels. and the result became an IC Issue, when the real IC Issue here is that HoS thinks its okay on normal threat to run around shooting laser guns and then not giving his prisoners medical support. Now i'm dead and I am not getting a revive because the admin is friends with the nooby and the HoS just continues to run around the station laser gun in hand. So I told my cousin to log onto his account and play. All he had to do was notice the insanely ineligible HoS running rampant. And when he did all he did was drop a line somewhere along the lines of "Hey I think you should look into getting the HoS fired" and not only I but my cousin gets permabanned. I mean my cousin never had the intention to "meta-grudge" he just noticed how shitty the HoS was also. The end.

Your cousin never even spoke with or had any interaction with the head of security and after your stunt of telling me "He should change his name" and further alluding to your intent to carry a grudge, I had no interest in letting you continue the charade of pretending you're innocent.

If you know anything about the criminal justice system, threatening to do bodily harm is still a crime and you will be arrested for it. In this case, much of the same. You threatened to metagrudge someone and made no attempt to hide that- you, infact, went further and decided to riposte with something to the tune of "You can't punish me until I actually do it." The precise wording eludes me, because quite honestly, I don't put too much time to things like this, but the fact that your 'cousin' logged in merely minutes later strikes me as a painful coincidence, considering the duplicate IPs you shared- which would mean you were using the same computer. While not impossible, I found it very unlikely, and thus asked an admin to come online and pre-emptively ban you before you decided to exert your frustration on someone who didn't deserve it. If you had decided to stay in-game for a few moments more, you would have learned that that person was now jobbaned from Head of Security (and other jobs) as a result of their actions. The only thing that lead to your ban was your expressed desire to carry a meta grudge, actions that fed a direct path of execution for that grudge, and that you decided to break our rule about multi-keying,

I stand by the action, but ultimately, the decision falls to my peers.

 Sorry you are angered by this whole situation, but as I said in my post I told my cousin to log on. That's not meta-gaming that's just a game suggestion   . And then my cousin went on and didn't do a thing but pass the HoS and say he should be fired. Resulting in a double headed ban. I really enjoy this server and the community surrounding it but if a Badmin and a noob get me kicked off I don't want to return. Make your decisions ultimately based off of fact "peers".

So ALL you told your cousin to do was log on, certainly not communicating him any meta-information, and upon joining he immediately reached the independent conclusion that the HoS should be fired? Don't really believe you tbh.

Oh your mistaken it wasn't instant he played the round as an engineer for like 15 minutes before he noticed the HoS's ineligibility. Then the second he acted on it we both get banned. I'm not looking for people to tell me if what I did was right or wrong, he is a new player I don't want him banned or any repercussions for him except to learn. I just don't think this ban is valid so i'm asking Citadel if they do.

Sorry I was the mistaken one, I'm sorry that I was this difficult, i'm not a minge and I won't ever press the rules again. Can I at least have a reduction in ban time?

Did you share him metainformation or not, though? Because it still really seems like you did and I dunno if this is supposed to be you confessing to it or not.

If we unbanned you it would probably be on a "only one of you can play a time" basis after this incident.

 No, I love this server and I knew doing that would result in a ban, but the way I handled things gave me a ban anyway now I just want to play on the best server   . It really is i'm not trying to kiss your ass i just enjoyed this server the most. I will be a good boy, no admin tickets, no attention to myself  I promise, which I know doesn't mean anything to you but the second someone has a problem with me re permanent ban me. I totally agree with the one person at a time rule, we just won't play when were with each other in person. Thank you for the time and attention I hope we can resolve this.

Still looks suspicious for the reasons I've already outlined. I'll think about it I guess.
