Appeal Reason:Okay. this is my first ever ban and appeal so i might not have everything in the correct order. I was indeed a non antag but i was not a chemist. i was wearing the outfit while i was a scientest and had chemist access thanks to durgit so i could help make medical items. which i made plenty for the whole station. i did not actually make the viruses. nor did i know i was sick since i never saw the text saying "adam walker sneezed" or "adam walker coughed" I am aware now that some diseases are silent and deadly. but i did not make the viruses at all. for the fact i got disconnected. there was a storm at my place. I know that might sound unlikely or an excuse. but my brother. Iknowdude00 got disconnect as well due to the storm. I would like to be unbanned since i never made the viruses.

Okay. So. You were in a chemist outfit, you were referred to as such by folks, so that's why I defined you as such, too. You say you did not make the viruses, yet you were logged as having thrown the virus bottles, rolled around and walked around in blood contaminated with the virus, and since it was a contact virus (magnetitus and spanish flu were the ones the CMO identified as they were desperately trying to cure half the station infected with it), you were spreading it basically by not being in an isolated location. As a scientist, given chemistry access, you really had no point in going into virology, where the viruses *should've* stayed in (if it's not your fault the bottles and blood weren't in there, for this matter, is rather irrelevant), and coupled with the fact that you *were* logged as having thrown the bottles, were reported as having basically bathed yourself in the contaminants, then went out to spread it is rather poor form.

The appeal, as you have filed it, is to be unbanned because you never *made* the viruses, which is true. But you weren't banned for *making* them, but for explicitly applying them to yourself, then going out and spreading it to half or more of the crew. So I cannot really do anything regarding this appeal, as it's worded, because while true, is not why you were banned. So honestly? You didn't know that viruses could be silent killers, obviously having not studied Virology at all, but the fact you still applied it to yourself meant that, if they weren't silent? Your actions dictate that you would've gone out to spread the virus anyways, which means that the ban would stay. I'll let the other staff members pipe in as they need/want, but the answer from me is going to be a 'no'.

I did not go into virology at all as you stated. And I did not get this spanish flu as you also states. But I will admit. I got the metal one. When you admins sent the cargo shuttle full of stuff. I went there. Looked at the.. Picked up metal virus and examined it. Than threw it. Creating a splash which got on me. Which I did not notice at the time
I did not attempt to spread it due to the fact I didn't know I even had it. I knew the metal one. But I didn't think it was airborne.
