Appeal Reason:
Invalid acusations. The situation presented like this: I played as a quartermaster - some other character wanted something from cargo so i told them to fill in proper documents and get it stamped by their department head. In turn they became agitated and called for other crew - after gatherign a group of approximately 5 people they forced their way into cargo bay by breaking window, after which they killed my character and threw my body into space through escape dock airlock. Afterwards i complained about this event to admins in OOC chat(in my defense i would like to say that back in the day when it happened i just started playing SS13 - it was my first ever real round - before i only had some training in controlls on private server - therefore i was completly unaware of existence of AHELP option). Which resulted in immediately receiving this ban without being contacted by the staff via PM  which is in violation of Administration & Punishment Policy. Furthermore as it can be clearly seen in the situation presented my only real fault is IC in OOC for which i am sorry, but there was no OOC in IC involved, and there was no griefing done on my side. "poor esclaton" i think was supposed to mean "poor escalation" which sounds more like acusation towards the people who griefed me, there's really not much i have done - i requested proper paperwork done and almost immediately after that i got swarmed by an angry mob and killed.

I don't really see why this was a permaban though?

I could swear i only laerned about existence of ahelp/admin PM later on another server which led me to conclusion that i wasn't contacted at all. Guess that's the charm of appealing a year ago. Anyways sorry for late response - i was gone for a week - also from what i see in these logs - sorry for being a bit of shithead. It was back when i just started playing - and only knowledge i had was some basic controlls training i got from an admin of small private server - i didn't even know what the term "IC" stood for . Althrough this part of logs confuses me:

,because i clearly remember that I was the cargo guy, so it kinda doesn't make sense that i was pissed about "cargo guy" in OOC. I mean it looks as if i were insulting myself O_o.

From the logs it seems like you were pissed at a cargo tech who was refusing to give you a manifest or something, either way I'll lift the ban.
