Admin Complaint - Jade Manique

Date of issue and round ID: Current RP round - 8:15 PM EST

Reason for complaint:  After a malf AI round that turned into a disaster, Jade proceeded to go into the next round as AI and make themselves malf, stating they planned "to do a social experiment to see how well people RPed".  He then proceeded to do the normal thing for malf AI, hacking APCs and trying to remain undetected.  This went on for most of the round until the 3 hour mark arrived and the crew voted for a early transfer, which was suddenly recalled, despite the fact that the crew can not do this.  The round continued until the hacked APCs were eventually spotted by the general crew instead of just the command staff, at which point the inevitable cries of "Malfunction" were heard over the radio.  At this point, Jade begins to brag over OOC that the round is a sting op and the people that called the malfunction would be bwoinked.  To me, this falls under very obvious ban baiting

He has a really bad temper and I do not understand how they are still a part of the staff team on the server with the amount of issues that they create when angry. Why is it that they are still able to cause so many issues with their very bad and nasty temper it has made many of my friends no longer play the station anymore because of them making spams or nasty events where they are the antag and then force recalling the tram :/

You say this like I spam, and make myself antag all the time and deliberately prolong the round, which is entirely false.

Can I just say, Jade is one of the admins that also spawns themselves in as Centcom officers for no reason.
Eg:
The borer round we had today, where the station had ASKED FOR CENTRAL to help take care of their biohazard problem was told BY CENTCOM that 'they didn't need our help'(or something along those lines as I was told). So I'm over here trying to settle disputes between borers that are assuming direct control over paitents and Jade joins as Sylas late into the round. I ask them what they were here for, since it was obvious that we were under a biohazard lockdown and weren't receiving outside help. The response I got was along the lines of 'Oh, I didn't feel like sitting in the office today so I came here instead.'


Now, a Centcomm officer is not a role to just spawn in because admins want to still feel like admins when playing IC. On the vore station wiki (that i'm using because it's the RP server's code base, and for the lack of a citadel-based RP wiki) it shows this: It doesn't take many brain cells to read that this role is one of the most powerful non-antag roles you can have and why it's admin-only. Countless times I've seen and heard stories of Jade and other people spawning in as Centcom Officers just to go to the dorms and fuck. It's an abuse of powers, and direct ignorance of the RP rules. This role is meant to only be spawned incase the CD fucks up royally and needs to be demoted. At the very least, an occasional Head of Staff inspection then they go back to Central to do paperwork.


For example, what if a CEO of your company, let's say, KFC, just walks in the door to your establishment one day with no bodyguards, and wasn't wearing corporate appropriate attire, hit on one of the cooks and just sat there in a booth by themselves all day until closing. That's basically what you're doing with Centcom officers. Now I know Jade isn't the only one that's guilty of doing this behavior, and I'll address the other culprits in a different complaint.  But I still feel this needs to be brought up because Jade is basically using this role as an admin only assistant.
