Alright, so I've attempted to write an appeal made for a ban that happened back in 2016, yet before it was closed I was told by an unnamed admin that they would not appeal the ban, so I had made a respectful goodbye in the discord, however on this matter it took nick a whole few seconds to write out the above imgur link, As a player representative it's not right to be treating players like this, no matter their history, I've done nothing to hide my notes, my history, everything.

In an attempt to contact him via direct messages in order to ask why and garner an apology for this the lower link was his response, I was going to right more yet I prematurely pressed enter because as soon as he dropped his last response he removed me.

Nick, I Did say I'd write a complaint but wished a moment to actually talk to you on this matter, even then you had said things to my face that where.. untrue,

The behaviour that had been shown is not how adults talk to other adults, it's not how a representative of a server should talk about other players, you could of spoke to me but you opted to delete me straight off.

Just because something is true, it doesn't mean you should say it, and the weirdo comment was entirely unnecessary.

Right, this is amazing. A banned player so upset by me saying he has a history of being a shitter making a complaint. My dude, those notes literally are the notes of someone with a history of being a shitter. Nothing I said was untrue. I'm not "a representative of the server," I just represent player wishes to the admin team. I don't "represent the server" I "represent the player concerns." Very different things. I'm not gonna bother to say any more, this is a waste of everyone's time.

Two years ago nick. Quite frankly you are too quick to jumping to the shitter mark. I have played with him for a few rounds. I don't know the guy, I know him ICly and OOCly for being nice. The posts he made sicken me. Player Representatives are not supposed to act like this Nick. Get it through your head and don't let the power get to you! If he really deserves it beside two year old notes, then by all means DM me. But until then, my thoughts stand in favor of him and against you until I am gotten proper context. As well as multiple others that are for him but quite possibly too afraid to use their voice.

Sadly Nick, you are staffed on this server, you do represent the server, you represent the players complaints and issues, you have a tag on your discord that makes people look up to you and you've abused this.

Yes, I am banned, and I was upset by this because it happened seconds after you left, you could of kept it to yourself as i'm sure a great deal of many people feel I had been a shitter throughout the years I 'played' Space station 13,

I hold the power I've literally always had amongst the players by being active in the discord and having a well known character. Trust me when I say me being a PR has done little to nothing for me being well known and generally liked among players.

New information was presented, I can't tolerate a lock of knowledge and notes on your part. The only thing Nicc is guilty here of is a slight lack of professionalism, but I won't hold weight on that. I choose to stand neutral on this at the upper point. I wish you the best of luck, but I can't defend someone with a past such as that.
