Yet another ban appeal.

I know. I deserved the ban since I willingly disconnected at processing, I don't want to make that look otherwise. let me fill you up on why I was on processing on the first time, though. feel free to skip this, it isn't fully the reason of the ban or the appeal, but it is highly related.

-just after joining and heading to my office, I saw a medic climbing ontop of a patient who was ontop of a bed. this obviously looks like yet another scene, does it not? Well. I simply said, "Don't fuck in the recovery room", snapped my fingers and left to my office.inmediately after, this medic comes up to my window while I gear up and says next time I say anything like that she's getting me arrested because she's trained in police force or I don't know what edgery they were blabbering. something about police medic forces or something. I was gearing up and discussing the issue on command channel, since they asked. building my usual extra table at the lobby and getting the few chems that were already there. then I roamed maints and IAA called me to their office.

-Two internal affairs and the AI were talking about how that comment was sexual harassment and obscene remarks. and they tried to make up slander too.eventually, someone yells on comms that they're shooting the bar and I'm let go to help. turns out later it was some chameleon gun that sec was paying no attention to but IAA was super pissy about. Now I proceed to rush my duties, because in the meantime of being there they were discussing the application of demotion, and medbay was a mess. I clear out on grubs, get an engie to check on space windows that got their grills broke, order the clotting kit no one ordered yet, (Meanwhile IAA has called me 4 times, to which I said I was busy.) The AI bolted me in the lobby, also blocking the way for any injured (see later), so I climb onto chemistry regardless, deploy the clotting kit and try to fix the absolute mess of a fridge we had. I was the only one with a KIND OF properly equiped chems belt. while I'm on it, sec comes up, and tells me to come with them. inmediately after, a medic arrives, dragging a guy near crit, then yelled "Carthatoline!"

-By then, the AI had bolted off for sec, so I rushed towards the medic and man to inject the only carthatoline we had. on my belt. This is why I wanted to do chemistry first. Now, while I'm treating the patient, again, near critical, a sec officer aims at me. the other one makes him get out of medbay though, but I was being aimed at while administering treatment, and this isn't the first time it's happened. Regardless. The AI kept on being an ass, and proceeded to bolt EVERY door around me, blocking the other medic from getting to the chem fridge for a while, just to keep me, who was treating someone, from I imagine escaping. when the AI notices and finally decides to bolt off, we can finally finish the patient and let him off. now the director sums up, while I'm willingly walking to sec. now in processing, I'm getting demoted for:
-Failing to execute orders: I was busy on far more important things, and IAA was being as patient as a 5 yo kid.
-Sexual harassment and obscene remarks: I just reminded an employee to not have sex in medbay. reminder that I had to raid the psychologist office twice recently cause they were fucking with the cameras tampered and sec called on me.
-Contraband: This is okay. I made a bat to fight grubs.

The whole thing is utterly stupid, and I was not getting an admin to hear me out after asking for one twice, since crashinator was slightly involved ICly (IAA that joined about the middle of it. And I just got demoted for a girl whining "Did you just assume I'm fucking?" at IAA. now my irl bestie is calling me to play LoL, completely unaware of all of this, so I ditch the round and play a few rounds with him.

Now, regardless the demotion was dumb or not, justifyied or not, the ban reason is willingly disconnecting at processing. Yes, I did that, and I deserved the ban for it. still, I think it was somewhat comprehensible after the situation I just narrated. And even if not, it's eating up the whole christmas period...

What am I getting at? I'd like a ban reduction, if not a removal. hell, I'd be okay with moving the ban to a date after christmas is over and reset the ban. I just want to be around during christmas. Please?

I would be supportive of deferring the ban to a later date. However, I'd also say that in trade, any bannable action will be punished harsher during the period of leniency. Day ban would be an immediate application of the week ban +2 days and so on.
