Reason Banned/Ticketed: I'll change this a bit. First of all, the ninja came on board and we announced him as crew. Everyone loved this idea, so we had a party in the bar, pizza, drinks, whatnot... Bubba proceeded to light the ninja on fire for valids, so I arrested him. I allowed the cyborg to take the prisoner while I went on with my robotics army. I heard not too later that Bubba was dead, by the ninja presumably. I went to the bar, trying to find the ninja which I was met by the captain and told that we needed to arrest him. We gathered around for a plan and captain mingeported a portal in front of me, proceeding to trip me into it. I was teleported all the way into space, center of the mining astroid. Of course I freaked and yelled to my cyborgs, not leaving time to rush to the outpost just north of me. When I died, the crew and a ninja rescue team proceeded to retrieve me and I was cloned by the ninja. When I proceeded out and to the bar, I found the captain arguing with the ninja and bubba. I told him not to, but he instead shot the ninja. I quickly tased him and the ninja vanished. When the captain rose once again, he raged at me and said I would not be part of the crew if I was in his way. He proceeded to grumpyface and state that he would lead a brigade to kill my protector. I quickly rushed to the upload, freaking out and purging the cyborgs as fast as I could so I could throw up a rudimentary law. "What if they try to kill me too? and the ninja? fuck it." - I set the law "Protect Kylie Woodworth and Fox from the Lynch crew." - Then bam... I uploaded it to all four with a swift mouse click. Next... I ran out the upload and started to call for my knight in shining armour. When I did, the captain came in and looked pissed. He wanted to kill me, so I tasecuffed him. To my luck, ninja buddy was following us. he quickly stabbed with invisibility, so I shot like a madman. No use... He was immune or managed to dodge quite well. I found that the captain had turned to a rotting corpse and I screamed at the ninja. He told me that he had to protect me at all costs and threatoned to keep me safe again. I said no and ran for robotics to see where the fuck my cyborgs went. Shortly, I opened the door to see a machinegun aimed at my head, which I thought fast I aimed a ion rifle at the mech and shot at it. Shame it killed me... But my savior appeared again and disabled it, before telling the cyborg to clone me which protected me from the mech swarm on my ass. I went to repair the cyborg after we cleared through science and suddenly. I hit black, passing out.

Anyways. I got a bit in on this. So TK never boinked me, apparently I was perma'd for #1 and he refused to contact me, banning me from discord and byond so I wouldnt be able to talk to him. I was never really aggressive towards him directly, I apologize if I was offending, I didn't mean to. I was simply angered by the previous spawning TK did, but I'll forgive. Length Banned/Amount of Tickets: Before the ban I had 4 tickets which have been there for quite a while now. I was perma'd which would be 16 tickets

Appeal Reason: I'm confused why I was banned, I've actually had a really good standing with the admins, I mess up sometimes and I'm salty like the rest of the server, but thats little reason to permaban a regular player. I've done barely anything and I'd really like an appeal. I'd also appreciate admins looking into my captain permaban too, as its been 6 months or so. I was banned for leaving the station to save some people when I got spaced. Sorry... I've learned my lesson, but I'd personally feel that admins should bwoink before deciding the punishment. I really have been enjoying the direction of the server, though. Thank you.

I'm REALLY Sorry. I do enjoy the server and the admins and honestly, after paradise changed... I dunno if I can play other servers anymore that have the enjoyment of my home server... - I also understand that a few of you may be angry from what happened in the past, but what happened happened... If you'd forgive me, I was a lot younger when I was an admin, I've learned though. Even if I'm a bit of a dick about it. I really appreciate anyone who brought up about my ban - took the time to investigate it too... Its really kind of you - After the trouble I caused before.

I've re-typed the reason. I put all the details of the event to my knowledge and side...
I'd also like to request a job-ban removal on captain if possible while I do this one.

I was banned about 6 months ago from captain for going into space while there were changelings. I did not mean to do so. I was simply trying to save the miners who I had told I would meet on the asteroid and I never actually did till halfway into the round.

I feel we've all learned a lot lately. I won't take this lightly, I hope everyone can forgive me and believe that I'll try to better myself from this.

After some discussion between myself, and a handful of other members of the administrative team. The answer is no.

Denied.

We can do better than someone who claims to have been a co-owner in an attempt to get an Admin to leave them alone when they're doing things wrong.
