Reason Banned: I was Banned for Metagaming

Appeal Reason: I Do understand the rules for Metagaming/Metacom's while playing on the Main server of Citadel Station, and it has never been an issue till this incident. When I asked the Admin if he would like proof of logs in the Byond chat showing that myself and Skittleacid (Crystal Lytmon) had not been communicating other than the alert I received saying she was on, he said not to bother. When he had said he was banning the both of us for what he couldn't even prove to be my infraction, I asked in disbelief, " A what? for real a 24hr Ban? what offence did we get to deserve that?" to which he replied with, "Metagaming. Normally it's a perma. And now yours is a week." like I had said both of us are fully aware of the rules and I alone have been playing on this server for over a year now. I have been playing with Skittleacid for maybe a fraction of that time and have indeed become friends, although other than a ARMA group we both play with we have had no other means of communication. I am sorry for any poor notion I may have lent during the proceeding conversation with the Admin in question but other than harmless banter, usually just shit-talking with other people I know, I have never metacom'd for advantage in game, I even play Colonial Marines and that server is far more stringent on its rules of Metagaming, I do not feel it is right to Ban myself for a week nor her at all, and I feel as tho this Admin may have known either Skittleacid from another encounter or maybe just didn't like my character but there was no calm cool approach to his response and even tho he had no solid evidence of anything other than his own assumptions he went through with his Ban regardless of the proof I could give.
I would ask for a expediant evaluation of this appeal and I will of course go with whatever non-partial party deems the most appropriate recourse tho I would ask at the very least regardless of myself Skittleacid have her ban lifted she does love this server.

Her ban has expired by now. I will be forwarding this appeal to headmins because I have no interest in removing or reducing your ban. As far as your allegation of me having no proof to the ban, I did extensive investigation before deciding to ban either of you. I think it took me 30 minutes to come to a conclusion.

I'd also said it like someone who is impartial to review it, not someone who might have something against me and just thinks I'm a liar

Again, I've forwarded it to the headmins, so rest assured. If you truly think I have something against either you or the other person I banned, you are sorely mistaken.

The issue was, you called me a Liar and banned us both and extended mine when queried. So it seems like you just had something against she or I.

The banning admin has the final decision on their own bans unless a headmin overrules.
You don't get to adminshop.
They've already said they forwarded it to a headmin.

As this ban has now expired, I will be moving it to denied.

So it hasnt been reviewed? Seriously so instead of working at it you just saw oh I'll just sweep it and let it expire

I pinged the headmins. Gave them my case on it and they told me they'd look at it. Not my problem.
