Reason Banned: Metagaming, random deathmatch of braindead players. The ban was applied to my younger brother madbomber164, and since I am currently at my parents house due to me moving back into the state for a small period of time, I have been banned as well.

Appeal Reason: I enjoy citadel a great deal, and have finally just settled in there with my character Kobalt. I was not even home during this event, because I had to leave to go put in my clinical hours. I am not entirely sure what my brother did while I was away, but I had absolutely nothing to do with this.
