Okay, main question;
You may have been drunk, but you were still a new-join, thus your actions painted a serious picture of what we would have to expect from you in the future... hence the ban. Because of this, I have to ask, why SHOULD we let you back?

...Also, I'd dare ask why such a simple apology took a month and a half to make.
