First off; learn better English before asking again to rejoin - I'm having trouble understanding your appeal as is, and being able to read and write English is one of the first listed server rules (findable here, for reference; http://citadel-station.net/forum/showthread.php?tid=150 )

Secondly; I initially approached you in regards to plasma canisters being opened at points throughout the station with your fingerprints on them, and because I couldn't get an *understandable* answer from you about that, it remains unresolved.
