BYOND Name: Dirty Old Harry


Time on primary server: A few months here and there (Off and on again), recently i've been playing nearly every day for the last two weeks.


Space Station 13 Experience: Been playing SS13 for around three years now, played Polaris for a while, Aurora for a while, Hippie and Goon for a short while, Played CM for around a year while all the time been dropping in and out of /tg/ and Para.


Roleplaying Experience: As mentioned before, i played both Aurora and Polaris and it was for one reason: Roleplay. I've been dabbling in RP games for years now, can't exactly remember how long.


Number of kicks/bans on primary server (Be truthful, we can check): To my knowledge, i don't think i've recieved any kicks or bans.


Are you willing to follow the rules to the dot? (Failure to do so will result in a ban and blacklist from the whitelist server): I am absolutely willing and ready to follow the rules exactly as stated, both in writing and idea.


What reason(s) do you feel would make you applicable for this server?: Well firstly, i enjoy a good long round of extended more than any other game mode simply for the reason that you're much less likely to be interrupted during your work or during some adventure you're having with a buddy. I believe that you can find better RP when everyone is chilled and productive, and this is exactly why i want to be part of this server, so that i can join in with the idea of actually working on a research station in space with little in the way of compromising immersion. Secondly, as some folks may be able to back me up, i would very much rather enjoy sitting down at the bar and holding a nice conversation with the bartender over what's been going on rather than running around the station as a cultist, killing and converting and ruining other people's rounds, the same people that just want to chill and hang out or immerse themselves as a crew member aboard a space station. Also i'm sick of an assistant running into Robotics and knowing how to construct a borg's exoskeleton or a shaft miner knowing how surgery works. If you RP into that situation then possibly, but it's unlikely. And one final note is that i'd like to play with and get to know some of the regular NT employees a bit better since it's a bit difficult when there's Ragin' mages running around.

(TLDR) I just want to relax and actually roleplay on a space station with other folks who feel the same way as i.
