User is currently unable to produce photo ID, but has stated they're unable to obtain one due to current IRL circumstances (coronavirus specifically resulting in local governmental buildings shutting down). They've expressed willingness to go through age verification proper once they do obtain a legal ID. Until then, this appeal will be moved to denied, but the user is free to make a new appeal once they're able to meet age verification standards.
