CAN I GET A RESPONSE?
My ban appeal has been denied without a answer or anything, during the round the admin just advised me without chance to explain myself, I got banned for minor a crime and a minor rule breaking 4 tickets each. No tickets before as far as I can tell, I know this becuase I wasn't adviced of banned before, and according to your guidelines 20 tickets are required to permaban someone.
