So, what seems to have happened is the other person living with you, Birg, got banned, who was Ivorath. You potentially got their message due to various saftey systems built in.

I didn't actually do anything to either account, just did some searching around.

I'll move this Denied since no action was done, as the actual ban itself wasn't approved to get removed or anything else. Just cleared things up.
