Reason for application: I’ve been persuaded to make one after a good while of being on the fence over the matter, plus I feel I have a fair grasp on the rules of the server

Gaging the situation and suggesting they take the discussion elsewhere if needed, and if required muting OOC temporarily
2. What should an admin do if they're involved in a situation that needs admin intervention?
Notify another admin or moderator about the situation for their intervention
3. How should an admin determine in what way to punish someone who breaks the rules?
Determining the offence, determining whether it was an accident or the player was intentionally breaking the rules, and then if they’re still unable to come to a conclusion, possibly conferring with another admin for a second opinion
4. Under what conditions should an admin de-admin themselves while playing?
Whenever they take (or are granted) a high importance role in-game
5. What is expected of an admin on Citadel?
Enforcing the rules to maintain a pleasant environment for players

Really liking you as a player. One thing I wish to add that its a little more than just enforcing rules but being able to assist players in certain matters but you likely already know that for certain. The overall answers are very straightforward but I normally like long answers with explanations and steps of the process just so we can get an idea of your style and way of thinking at moments notice.

My overall interactions with you are positive and my speculations that you will become an effective member within Citadel's staff.
