[nicc] Maintainer Application
Experience with Github: Approximately fourteen years.
Experience with BYOND: Extensive, and largely subject to NDA.
Experience with SS13: I make a pilgrimage to the exadv1 shrine in Lummox's basement once a year, and have done so since its creation over a decade ago. Suffice to say, I'm familiar with the game.
Experience on Citadel?(Main/RP): Yes to both
Why do you feel like you'd make a good maintainer?: Look, a lot of people are going to have questions about my disappearance last time. That's entirely fair, and they deserve an answer. The truth is...
... I was training. I have spent the last several months traveling to and from a remote hyperbolic time chamber in the Ukraine, honing my skills as a maintainer on a DOSbox, after writing a program that could emulate Gitkraken with less than two hundred megabytes of RAM. My routine? Ten PR reviews. Ten commented closures. Ten merges. Fifteen testmerges. Twenty conflict resolutions. I did three such sets a day for a real-life period of two weeks--approximately fourteen years inside the chamber.
I have never been more prepared than I am now to maintain the Twin Dragons* (*translator's note: there is no word for 'codebase' in Japanese, so this word was chosen as it most closely fits the context) of Citadel, and to live up to the expectations of my master, Kevinz001-senpai.

I gave him my blessing to write and post this for me, as an honor to us both.
