How long have you played on Citadel?: Almost 3 years now
How long have you played SS13?: Almost 3 years now
What is your timezone/general hours of activity?: EST, noon to afternoon
Previous SS13 related admin experience: Citadel admin (I heard there are furries there)
Previous non-SS13 related admin experience: N/a
Current administrators who have agreed to support your application: Putnam, Subtumaka
Reason for application: Main needs more admins, I can post on the forums again and have a feel for the community again, I'm competent and have previous perfectly good experience.
1. How would you engage with two players having an out of character altercation?
Keep the peace, don't let it spread. Talk to both of them privately and try to get to the kernel of the issue. Make some sort of judgement call, explain what's happening to people, and why.
2. What should an admin do if they're involved in a situation that needs admin intervention?
Contact another admin and shut themselves out of the conversation.
3. How should an admin determine in what way to punish someone who breaks the rules?
Intent intent intent, then if they've actively screwed with other peoples rounds, then how often they've done similar things before.
4. Under what conditions should an admin de-admin themselves while playing?
Security and antags right now, heads and silicons under the new rule.
5. What is expected of an admin on Citadel?
Professional, polite, active in the community, fair as best can be done, and following all of the major nono's (leaking adminchat mostly).
