In the case of applying for a species, give us a brief summary of your character's backstory. This should give us an idea that you understand the lore of the species:
Kachiraki has been interested in Technology and the other various species since the beginning of his birth in an old Vox Arkship. He was not regarded much to his fellow Vox hierarchy, but that never bothered him. He just wanted to be around everyone else. So much so that he'd occasionally drop along with other Vox when they were trading and he was always fascinated with the variety of species and how they all worked together to bring new discoveries. He was fascinated to the point where he abandoned the Arkship and hid in the station that he found his Kin trading in. He stayed there awhile as the station's stowaway, just observing everything. He spent his time hiding in the maintenance areas being unseen, mimicking how the crew spoke, wondering how the crew worked, and the staring awe-fully at the crew's discoveries. He especially found interest in robotics and how the crew got everything and moving.
He was eventually caught be the station's security where for being an obvious intruder from which he stayed for sometime. This did however give him more time to figure out how everyone spoke and what they ate. So this wasn't seen as a setback but an opportunity to learn more about everyone and everything. A deal was struck and he was made to work on the NanoTrasen station as a worker, though he wasn't completely sure why they let him out.
He happily got more involved in the station, attempting to bring himself to learn first-hand, getting his own experience. He revealed himself to get an ID made to finally work temporarily. He found that he disliked the station as the crew had a natural hate towards him for who he was. A Vox. Though, he allowed it for the time that he was there for...
Years later, he heard about The Station and their technology, and especially the species. Perhaps he could bring his expertise that he got from the last station, and hopefully be much more respected than he was in the station he left from. So he hopes.

Summarize the species. As evidence that you've looked into it:
Vox are basically Speedy Space Birds that have to breathe Phoron to live. They can live floating off in zero-pressure rooms as long as they have their Phoron to breathe, and they don't speak common properly, often slurring it and sounding stupid while doing it. Vox also hates non-kin meaning, everyone that isn't a Vox. Due to their unique physique, they also can't be cloned and instead have to come from offstation. Finally, Vox have their own language to talk to only other Vox with. A Translator cannot comprehend the language.

In the case of applying for Mime/Clown, what are you intending to do to make them distinct and enjoyable:

What do you expect to happen if you use this race/job to violate any of the server rules?:
I expect fully to lose my whitelist.

Side note:
It's been a minute since I played CitadelRP, I still luckily see people from back then. I'd like to bring my Favorite Vox that I have used across a few various different servers I played on. I know it was denied due to me not responding to the Criticism of Neth, but I became busy and frankly annoyed by how he was the only one maintaining Whitelists. I understand the Vox lore, but I'm trying a different approach so I'm not "just another shitbird."

Hey, I also maintain whitelists I'll have you know. And this one I'm cool with, it's better than the last one you made because it covered the issue that Neth had with it. I'll also do you the favor of sliding your app around to some of the other RP staff, see how they like it.
