Pull request help

I've done some coding- namely, I added Multi-Lingual and sign language in a way that doesn't conflict with "Mute." Also, it adds the option to select a phobia and bonus language when you have those traits. Do I just do a pull request on Github and it sorts the stuff automatically, or do I need to sort it myself?
