You're allowed to know about antags. It's completely fine to know clock cult teleports in. I assume the OOC snippet is from after the round was over.

So its not metagaming for the crew to know that clock cultists teleport in through cameras?
How does anyone except the cultists know it works through cameras?

Because otherwise it'd be absolutely miserable to play dumb while people are getting yoinked. And because NT knows its under threat of being attacked if you want some IC reason for it. It's not metagaming in the slightest.

While I agree that the gamemode would be miserable, that’s a different issue entirely which more or less stems from it being a reworked import by the NO-rp sphere of TG.

I couldn’t find anything on metashields, so I guess those don’t exist and therefor its okay for a character to know about every antag mechanic, including ones their character has never been exposed to (which is what metagaming is) because nanotrasen. If that’s how this server does things, then I guess this is mostly fine. However,

the following quote directly from your rules on metagaming would argue that it is.
Characters may know about antagonists and what their objectives might be, but may not pre-emptively prepare for them or attempt to prevent their accomplishment.
They may know about cultists, or have strong suspicion of them, but pre-emptively preparing for them by cutting cameras?

If they've confirmed cultists have boarded the station it's no longer pre-emptive, is it?

Fair enough.
So basically, all antag abillities are known to the entire crew?

And calling the shuttle because “it wont come anyways on clock cult rounds omegalul” is proper in character and not at all metagamey behaviour aswell then?
